Interact’s in-house Project Team delivers small to medium size construction projects for our clients. Our team of Project Managers, Engineers and skilled tradesman ensure that a project is completed safely, on time and within budget.

Interact will take ownership of the project from the outset and provide a professional service to ensure project success based on our multi-disciplinary design and project management skill-sets.

Project Management services include:

  • Review of proposal specifications, drawings to determine scope of work.
  • Design review and sign off
  • Project management of all elements
  • Supervision of all site staff
  • Preparation/management of financial and contractual processes from commencement to completion including interim valuation payments, final accounts, periodic internal valuation reports, and other cost/project reports as required
  • Full certification for the new installation
  • Demonstration of new installation to users
  • Post completion review
