Interact’s in-house Project Team delivers small to medium size construction projects for our clients. Our team of Project Managers, Engineers and skilled tradesman ensure that a project is completed safely, on time and within budget.
Interact will take ownership of the project from the outset and provide a professional service to ensure project success based on our multi-disciplinary design and project management skill-sets.
Project Management services include:
- Review of proposal specifications, drawings to determine scope of work.
- Design review and sign off
- Project management of all elements
- Supervision of all site staff
- Preparation/management of financial and contractual processes from commencement to completion including interim valuation payments, final accounts, periodic internal valuation reports, and other cost/project reports as required
- Full certification for the new installation
- Demonstration of new installation to users
- Post completion review
